Try hot mushroom and broccoli soup in this winter season


Broccoli mushroom soup recipe: In order to keep the body warm during the cold season, we incorporate many things into our food and drinks. Most people drink coffee, tea and soup during this season. Speaking of soup, everyone likes to try soup made from different vegetables. But has anyone had mushroom and broccoli soup? Eating mushroom and broccoli soup helps in the treatment of diseases. Mushroom Broccoli Soup: Ingredients

  • 1 – Broccoli
  • 1 cup – Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp – coarsely ground cumin
  • 1-2 tsp – black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons – cream
  • 2 tablespoons – coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp – oil
  • Salt to taste


  • First, wash the broccoli and mushrooms thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
  • Now take a pressure cooker, put 1 teaspoon of oil in it and heat it on medium heat.
  • After a few seconds, add the coarsely ground cumin and black pepper and fry in hot oil.
  • After stirring for about 30 seconds, add the chopped broccoli and cook for 1 minute.
  • Then, after cooking the broccoli for 1 minute, add chopped mushrooms and cook both for at least another 2 minutes.
  • Then add 2 cups of water to the mushrooms and broccoli, and after cooking for 1 minute, add salt to taste.
  • Then cover the stove and cook until 2 whistles are heard.
  • Then turn off the gas and let the cooker pressure release on its own.
  • When the cooker is completely depressurised, open the cooker and use a blender to blend everything well.
  • After that, put the mixture in the bowl, put fresh cream on top and decorate with green coriander leaves.
  • Then add a pinch of black pepper and serve.
