Lucknow: A video of Mukhiya Gurjar, Samajwadi Party’s candidate from Hasanpur constituency in Uttar Pradesh, is going viral on social media, where he is addressing a room full of people and attacking the police and administration, claiming that he Have been to jail 16 times.
