Maida 1 cup

Powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons

Milk 2 cups

Baking powder 1 tsp

Baking soda 1 tsp

Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Salt 2 large bowls


1. To prepare the cake, first sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl.

2. Now add butter, powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of oil, vanilla essence and 2 cups of milk in another large bowl and mix well.

3. After 4-5 minutes of beating, the mixture will be smooth. The mixture for making the cake is ready.

4. Now take a vessel to prepare the cake and grease it with oil so that the cake does not stick to the vessel and put paper on the bottom of the vessel.

5. Now put the mixture in this bowl and slowly stir the bowl so that the mixture solidifies to all the corners.

6. Now put salt in a cooking pot or a pan and spread the salt evenly. Now place a rack or bowl over the salt.

7. Now heat the salt over high heat for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the salt has heated up, then carefully place the mixture on the Ganj stand and cover the pan.

8. Now cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes. After the fixed time, open the pan and check the cake.

9. Now let it cool for 6-7 hours, then decorate and serve.
